We sell prepaid / gift card for Myntra over our Thimphu Counter. You can use the card to purchase goods from myntra if the COD is not available. Your loved goods can still be purchased by using the gift card even if COD is not available.

which means you will not be dealing any orders from FLIPKART henceforth? I wrote to flipkart customer care as instructed by you about the courier service but i got prompt reply form them stating that the courier service choice is made by the seller not by flipkart them self. Even my goods reaching jaigaon, ur people in pling never bothered to pick it up despite my several request. I have collected more than 15 items from flipkart (ekart) from ur counter in thimphu since the time u opened ur office a year ago but suddenly such incident has never been expected and will hampers ur long run business. I have loved ur presence in thimphu directly helping a online shopping lover like me but….. hope u will resolve it soon. customer’s satisfaction is a key to a successful business.
PS: i know i will get refund for prepaid orders but u need to have indian bank account not possible with our bank, isn’t?
We do, if the order comes to any other courier in jaigon. If you make payment via debit card to flipkart, your refund also comes to that same debit card account. Also use the pin code 735208 to get the goods from flipkart to other courier.
admin, please don’t mention all online shops which is not true. i have ordered on flipkart but ur counter people says they will not be able to pickup from ekart(a courier partner of flipkart). luckily my order happened to be of COD, god knows what could have happened if i have paid via debit card. please be specific.
Thank you for your feedback. If you would have paid by debit card and goods is not delivered you get your money. Ekart is not the only courier partner of flipkart, but also other courier service provider, you can also make a complain or request to flipkart to send it via other courier other than ekart, that way we can then collect your goods. Ekart jaigon has very poor customer service, and goods tampered and not handled properly, which had been a constant issue and still not improved, therefore we do not pick up from them
Sir / Madam, The COD facility gets blocked, when customers donot accept their goods, or there are returns for the goods. There are instances of goods that are not received by the customers after ordering the goods, thus the online shop blocks them. We do sell prepaid / gift cards, the flipkart gift cards will be available in our Thimphu Druk Bees counter, from 1st of Jan, 2018 officially, but we will try to provide some by 29th of this month, if you could visit our Thimphu counter, and can buy it from there. Thank you.
you mean like if we purchase two items but they have packed separately then we have to pay 150 each (in total 300).

Yes per packet 150, we have to pay the online shops in INR, and we have to buy INR from jaigion, we charge what they charge us. As of now it is 3 percent.

if you choose COD, that is cash on delivery, you pay when we deliver the goods, if COD is not available, you can buy a prepaid card and use it to buy the goods online. You can get the prepaid card from our delivery counter in Thimphu.
Our delivery counter is at zomlha building, next to the DNP office, the swimming pool road.
