Online Goods Order Delivery

Announcement: With the implementation of the lock down in the southern Districts border and entry points, and also due to restrictions of movement and lockdown in the border area, the goods that are in Bhutan warehouse and goods from India warehouse of DrukBees, will be impacted, and hence delivery of the goods will not be possible, until the relaxation of the lockdown. We therefore would like to solicit your kind understanding of the situation, and our apology, as there will be delay in delivering the online orders.

Also as to mitigate the disruptions, we request our clients, to keep on hold your online orders until the last few days of completion of the lock down period. We request our clients for their kind support.

How to order from Amazon indian and make payment.

We have not received the package for which the money was already deducted from credit card for Amazon. The order was placed in february and money was deducted on 19th feb, 2021 but even after 5 months we have not received the product. Also, we contacted the amazon team and they are saying the item has been delivered on 26th February,2021 and they cant do anything. We have been requesting DrukBees since March and its been five months now. Please help us get the product
