We would like to request all our DrukBees clients that we are immediately stopping the e-commerce service for Online Shopping from Indian Online Shops, as we are not able to sort out certain issues, with the relevant Custom office, for Custom Tax and Duty that needs some time to sort out and we are working to get the E-Commerce issue sorted with relevant stakeholders, therefore we would like to apologies to our customers that we will be suspending our service until the issue is resolved, and a E-Commerce rules and regulations are sorted out.
Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. Also there are some goods of the customers being detained by the Phuntsholing Customs, which we are trying to sort out, and will solve it at the earliest.
