Your self-service portal is my.drukbees.com. Sign in with the mobile number you used when you ordered. If you are new, create an account once, then keep the same login for every future order. Inside the portal you can open Track Orders, review quotes and see updates as your items move from purchase to Bhutan.
What you will usually see along the way
Every order is a little different, but most journeys follow a clear path:
- Quote: You send a product link through Order For Me. Our team checks the listing and sends you a quote in BTN before you pay.
- Ordered: After you confirm, we place the order with the seller (or we wait for your self-order to reach our collection address).
- In transit to Bhutan: The goods leave India, Thailand or China and travel toward Bhutan.
- Ready for you: You can collect from a DrukBees Cube in Thimphu or Nganglam, or arrange delivery as offered for your location.

Typical delivery times to plan around
Use these typical times after the seller ships, and add a little buffer during busy sale periods:
- India: about 7 days
- Thailand: about 10 days (shipping from Thailand is BTN 650/kg)
- China: about 21 days (shipping from China is BTN 990/kg)
If a gift or festival date is fixed, order earlier than the minimum. India is usually the safest choice when time is short.
Tips that make tracking easier
Use one contact number. Quotes, SMS updates and your My DrukBees login all work better when the phone number matches.
Keep your quote number handy. When you call or message support, sharing the quote or order reference helps the team find your parcel faster.
Confirm size, colour and quantity up front. Clear details at the start mean fewer pauses later while someone checks a listing again.
Cube pickup if you are nearby. In Thimphu and Nganglam, the DrukBees Cube lets you collect when it suits you, including outside normal office hours.
When something looks stuck
Sale seasons, public holidays abroad and air-cargo checks can add a day or two. If your status has not moved for longer than you expected for that country, contact us with your quote number.
