You placed your order, it travelled all the way from India, Thailand or China, and now it has finally reached Bhutan. The last step should be the easiest one. With the DrukBees Cube, it is: you can collect your parcel any time of the day or night, without waiting at the counter during office hours. Here is how the Cube works and how to make the most of it.
What is the DrukBees Cube?
The DrukBees Cube is an automatic parcel dispensing machine. Once your goods have reached the DrukBees delivery counter, you can ask for them to be placed in the Cube and pick them up yourself, 24/7. No queue, no rushing from work before closing time, and no need to plan your day around counter hours.
How to collect your parcel from the Cube in 4 steps
- Wait for your goods to arrive. Your order needs to have reached the DrukBees delivery counter first. As a guide, deliveries take about 7 days from India, about 10 days from Thailand and about 21 days from China.
- Request Cube delivery. Log in to your My DrukBees account at my.drukbees.com and request for your goods to be put in the Cube.
- Get your SMS. When your goods are placed in the Cube, you will receive an automated SMS.
- Scan and collect. Go to the Cube, scan the QR code, and your compartment opens so you can take your parcel, at any hour that suits you.
Where is the Cube in Thimphu?
The DrukBees office and self pick-up Cube have moved to our new premises at Thori Lam, Thimphu: the old DGPC office building (former BNBL office location), on the first floor from the main road side and the ground floor from inside the compound. You can find it on Google Maps. DrukBees Cube delivery is also available 24/7 in Nganglam. If you are not sure which pick-up point is best for you, call us before you request Cube delivery.
