Details of the logistics, delivery timeframe, and what it involves. logistics explained, Once an online order is placed, it takes time from the online stores to reach the warehouse. This timeframe is not included in the delivery duration, after the goods reach the warehouse from the Online stores, which can be in India, Thailand or China, then our delivery duration starts, which is usually 7 to 10 days from India, 10 to 20 days from Thailand and 10 to 30 days from China. Goods from India, is brought by land transport, after the GST declaration in India, and then to Bhutan Customs, and to the Bhutan Warehouse. From Thailand and China, we use Air Transport to transport from the Warehouse to Bhutan, where customs is done, and then to our warehouse. From our Warehouse we then take to our delivery counters, from where the goods are delivered or picked up by the shoppers.
