IMPORTANT UPDATE β EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to new airline cargo regulations, personal goods shipments are NO LONGER accepted for air cargo to Bhutan.
All goods sent via DrukBees Thailand and China warehouses must now comply with the following:
REQUIRED CONDITIONS BEFORE SENDING GOODS
1. Commercial Shipment Only
β’ Goods must be exported as Commercial Goods
β’ Must be from a Registered Company / Firm / Exporter in Thailand or China
2. Mandatory Documents (Send Before Dispatch)
You must share the following documents with us BEFORE sending goods to our warehouse:
β’ Commercial Invoice
β’ Packing List
β’ Exporter Details
β’ Any other required export documentation
3. Pre-Confirmation Required
Before sending goods, you MUST confirm with DrukBees:

Our warehouse will NOT make any payments for goods or services.
ALL shipments must be 100% prepaid before dispatch.
