Druk Bees recently had some technical issues, and we not able to perform to the satisfaction of our clients. We would like to make our apology, and also announce that we will be able to work in full from 20th of December, 2017. We will be picking up all the goods of our esteemed clients. Also we have changed our management, and the new management will be taking over Druk Bees starting 20th December, 2017.
Some new changes:
Druk Bees counter opening time in Thimphu from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm everyday.
Druk Bees counter will be closed on Monday.
INR Charges will be reduced and be dynamic and floating.
We have only 8 digit phone number in Bhutan but it says that it needs 10 digit
May i know where you are putting the number, if on indian online shops, like myntra, snapdeal and others, you need to put the indian number, but in the address field, you can put c/o DrukBees, and your bhutan mobile number for us to contact you when the good reaches India, Jaigon to clear and send to Bhutan. I have been making online purchases through the addresses provided by Druk Bees and got prompt services. However, today I got a mail from Myntra online updates indicating that they coudn’t deliver to the said address in the evening through Express Bees. Any advice of how they should contact you again. If your online store has delivered to jaigion, and if you didnot get the goods, please make a complain online from the store you bought the goods, because at times the online store people mark it as delivered to improve their performance, without actually delivering to Druk Bees, for Druk Bees, we make more money by delivering it at the earliest, and will not hold back your goods. If your goods are with us, you will constantly get SMS / EMAIL alerts and notification.
